Cashmere Scarf
- Composition: 100% cashmere.
- Construction: woven in Inner Mongolia.
- Weight: midweight.
Pure Cashmere
A pure 100% cashmere scarf. Genderless — one rectangle, no rules.
At 30 × 180 cm (12 × 71 in) it loops twice around the neck or hangs long and open. Over a coat in winter, knotted loose over a shirt in spring.
Cashmere is finer than sheep’s wool — well under 19 microns — so it sits soft against the neck instead of prickling. Midweight: warm without bulk. No blends, no synthetics, no label stitched in.
Is it 100% cashmere? Yes — pure cashmere, no wool or synthetic blend.
Is it a men’s or women’s scarf? Both. Genderless by design.
Is it warm enough for winter? Yes — midweight cashmere insulates without bulk.
The Roots
Woven in Inner Mongolia, home to Alashan - source of some of the world's finest cashmere, combed from goats raised on the high plateau.
Cashmere is combed, not shorn, from the soft underfleece of the cashmere goat once a year as winter ends. It takes the fleece of several goats to make a single piece.
The yarn is woven, not knitted - a flat weave that holds its shape and drapes clean. 100% cashmere. No blend, no synthetics, no label stitched in.
