Everything you need to know about getting your SHAAL to you — and what happens if it's not right.
Shipping
Every SHAAL is packed by hand and shipped from London or Paris, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
All delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed. During busy periods, processing may take an extra day.
Duties & taxes
For orders to the EU, Norway, Switzerland, and the United States, there are no additional duties or taxes to pay — everything is included at checkout. For Canadian orders, duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Not shipping to your country yet?
We're a small team, and right now we're focused on getting Drop 001 right for the UK, Europe, and North America.
We're working hard on opening up more shipping routes and partnering with warehouses so we can reach more of you. It's coming — we promise.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your SHAAL. If it's not right, you have 30 days from the date you receive it to return it for a full refund.
How it works
A few things to note
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. If your SHAAL arrived damaged or defective, email us with photos and we'll sort it out — no questions asked.
1 Year Craftsmanship Guarantee
Every SHAAL is covered for 1 year against defects in craftsmanship. If something isn't right with the weave, the stitching, or the material — we'll make it right. Email us anytime.
